Q: WHAT IS ACEMAPPER USED FOR?

To convert catalog application data to AutoCare ACES format.


Q: IS ACEMAPPER A CATALOG MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

There are two modes of operation: Mapping and Standalone. In Mapping mode, you perform all data maintenance externally in a separte program (for example Access, Excel or other tool). You then import that file into an AceMapper "document". The import is repeated whenever you make changes to your data. All mapping is maintained between imports. In Standalone mode, you maintain ACES applications directly in AceMapper. There is no direct support to create printed catalogs.
